Everybody was devastated when Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone's relationship ended back in October 2015. Although they have been spotted together a few times after the breakup, both actors have been linked to other Hollywood celebrities. As they were spotted again just recently, are things really back on track for the darling couple?
According to DailyMail, "The Amazing Spider-Man" co-stars were seen taking a stroll together in London last Aug. 21. They were spotted enjoying the walk together at London's Covent Garden. Based on the paparazzi pictures, it seems like both are pretty much in very good terms. Because of this, fans began speculating that the two are back together.
Stone, the 27-year-old "Easy A" star, donned an off-white wide leg culottes and camisole. She was just as carefree as her outfit as she laughed and smiled around Garfield, 33 years old.
Hollywood Life, apparently, has a source that claimed Garfield was begging Stone for "a second chance." "They aren't officially back together, but they are on the mend," the source said, adding, "Andrew apologized for messing things up and begged Emma for a second chance." This was released a few days after the London encounter.
Rumors are going around that the two are back together and are even engaged. It's been speculated they are going to take their relationship to the next level soon.
However, before things could get any further, People has already debunked the rumors, stating that sources close to the two claim that the two remain close friends after their breakup despite strolling around in London together. The magazine even reported before that the breakup was because of busy schedules and not because Stone has cheated with Ryan Gosling.
Stone and Gosling worked together for "Crazy, Stupid Love" and then once again for "La La Land." However, the rumors are unlikely to be true as Gosling is happily in a relationship with actress Eva Mendes.
