With Tarek El Moussa sharing last month that he is already moving on, ex-wife Christina El Moussa seemed to be nodding in agreement.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the "Flip or Flop" co-host opened up about the current status of her relationship with ex-husband Tarek. "Honestly, I'm doing really good. I'm in a really good place," said 33-year-old Christina. "The kids are happy, they're healthy, Tarek and I are in a good spot. We have a lot of things that we're working on, cool things coming in the future, so we're just looking forward," she added.
She also praised their crew from their HGTV television series, saying that they were fun to work with, and they keep things "super upbeat and light." She said that she had worked with Tarek for a decade and will continue to do so, especially with the way things are turning out lately. "I think honestly it's just like letting go of past resentment and living in the future, and remembering that kids are the priority," she explained, adding, "we are going to be in each other's lives for forever, so we just decided to put the past in the past and move on."
Moreover, she also said that they have been communicating fairly well, especially when it came to raising their two children. She explained that their flexible schedules allow them to prioritize their kids, who she claims to be the reason why she's staying positive after their failed marriage.
Furthermore, Christina also shared that she was in the middle of writing a book about her experiences and how she copes in the aftermath of a divorce. In addition, she also shared that practicing yoga was also helping her find peace and keep her emotions in check.
Earlier this year, the El Moussa couple were reported to be dating other people — Christina with their family's ex-contractor, Gary Anderson, and Tarek with their kids' nanny, Alyssa Logan, as well as a mysterious blonde woman. Furthermore, Tarek recently blamed their lack of communication, compounded by his cancer and their road to fame, for their marriage's meltdown.
