With its season 7 already coming up in the next few weeks, fans of "Shameless" are now hankering for more information on what to expect when the show makes its way back to the small screens.

A spoiler report from Master Herald indicates that the new season will pick up right from the events that transpired in the season 6 finale and from the looks of it, it does seem like the Gallagher family is in for some big trouble, courtesy of its own head, Frank (William H. Macy), whom they throw into the river in the previous episodes.

As hinted by the publication, the early parts of season 7 will certainly feature the consequences of Frank's decision to go up against his own folks. This could mean a war among the members of the infamous clan.

GameNGuide went on to drop some season 7 hints, this time pointing out to the dire situation Fiona (Emmy Rossum) is facing. Having taken responsibility for keeping their house together, Fiona still has to deal with Sean's (Dermot Mulroney) betrayal. The two were bound to get married but had to call it off when the latter was discovered cheating.

As if this will not be enough to bring chaos to the household, Debbie (Emma Kenney) will reportedly size up a plan to help Fiona in handling finances. Despite the good intentions, her unsolicited help will further send the family into deeper trouble when Debbie decides to steal. Much to Fiona's utter shock, the older sister will then have to make up her mind whether or not to report Debbie's theft to the authorities.

Amid all the drama, the other Gallagher children are reportedly doing fine as they try to move on with their lives. Lip (Jeremy Allen White) is now on his way to being sober while Ian continues to take good care of his bipolar disorder.

"Shameless season 7" will premiere on Sunday, Oct. 2, at 9 p.m. EDT on Showtime.
