A remake is in the works for the new outfits of the "Final Fantasy XV" characters as their "exosuits" eerily resemble those of the "Power Rangers."

In a report by gaming website Gematsu, the publisher of the upcoming film that pays homage to the 90's hit TV series said the design for the "Magitex Exosiuts" that were earlier revealed by Square Enix look very similar to what the characters in the film use. During the Active Time Report live stream, Final Fantasy VX director Hajime Tabata confirmed that the release of the free Booster Pack DLC, which includes the exosuits, will have to be pushed to a later date as the company attempts to redesign the new outfits for Noctis, Promto, Ignis, and Gladiolus.

The feedback on the similarities, however, didn't only come from the side of the film's publisher as fans have reportedly echoed the same sentiments.

In a report by Gamespot, the release of the premium Booster Pack and DLC will still be on Feb. 21, along with other updates on content and new features. The updates will finally allow PS4 Pro to have the game running at 60 frames per second.

Moreover, limited time requests can now be added, gamers can increase the number of photos they want to take, listening to music is now doable while riding Chocobos, and the level cap can now be jacked up to 120.

Meanwhile, an update to game's thirteenth chapter was also slated at a later date, on March 28, as revealed by Tabata during the live stream.

"The direction of chapter 13's content was a deliberate decision made by the development team. That said, the amount of stress inflicted on the player while running through this chapter was greater than we had anticipated," explained Tabata. "We believe resolving this issue will naturally lead to a better gameplay experience," he added, as fans speculated that the game developers rushed the particular chapter.
