A lot of guns will go missing from a gun range in episode 5 of "Hawaii Five-0" season 7 titled "The Stand." Perhaps the most exciting part of the upcoming episode is the reunion between Adam Noshimuri (Ian Anthony Dale) and Kono Kalakaua (Grace Park) after the former is set free from prison.

In a previous interview of Entertainment Weekly with showrunner Peter M. Lenkov, he mentioned that happy times are ahead of Adam and Kono after having experienced a lot of lows in their relationship. "He's a guy coming out with nothing. He's going to have to start from scratch, so it will be interesting to see what he does and how he spends his days. He's definitely trying to avoid trouble because of his past," Lenkov explained.

Episode 4 kept fans on the edge of their seats as Kono and Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim) frantically searched for FBI profiler Alicia Brown (Claire Forlani) and Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) after they were kidnapped by the serial killer they are investigating. The serial killer turned out to be police psychiatrist Dr. Madison Gray (Elisabeth Rohm).

In episode 4, Alicia and Steve asked Madison for the notes regarding the police officer who killed himself and the psychiatrist assured them that she will turn them over the following day. Without Steve's knowledge, Alicia proceeded to Madison's house where she ended up being held captive. Steve searched for Alicia and ended up getting stabbed by Madison.

However, the team failed to arrest Madison and she escaped. It is believed that additional details will be revealed pertaining to her character in the succeeding episodes of the TV series.

In the same Entertainment Weekly article, Lenkov revealed what fans can expect from the current season's plot twists. "That's an arc that's over four episodes, but the person behind it is not going to be caught. That's somebody who's still going to be in the wind, so I'm hoping that someone can come back closer to the second half, or closer to the end of the season, in order to wrap that storyline up," she said.

"Hawaii Five-0" season 7 episode 5 will air on Friday, Oct. 21, 9 p.m. EDT on CBS.
